HOW TO ORDER YOUR CUSTOM EMBROIDERY:

GETTING CREATIVE
Submit a request by filling out our order form. If you are not sure of what you want, have no fear — we are designers! Simply send us inspirational images, rough sketches, a quick description, or examples of our art that you love. We will get back to you within 1-2 business days with ideas and an estimate.


SHIPPING & DEPOSIT
We require a fifty percent deposit to initiate the design process. If you are sending us a garment to be embroidered on, please provide us the tracking number once you have shipped it.


FINALIZING ARTWORK
Once our design is complete, we will send it to you for approval. Once we have received your approval and we have received your item, we can begin to embroider!


STITCHING
You relax, we stitch.


SHIPPING & DEPOSIT (THE SEQUEL)
Make your final payment and we send you your completed one-of-a-kind art piece.
