An Artisan Partnership
We were thrilled to be hired by Ulla Johnson as artisan partners to celebrate the launch of their LA-made denim. After brainstorming and design sessions, we came up with a repeating pattern that was to cover almost every inch of a denim jacket and denim pants. The concept was to create a showstopping, one of a kind, runway ready look for the spring/summer 23 collection at New York Fashion Week.
100 Hours of Craftsmanship
This piece was a labor of love, taking over 100 hours to stitch and complete. Seeing it walk the runway at the Brooklyn Museum during New York Fashion Week was an unforgettable experience.
